Parade Entry Forms

Here you will find your forms for submitting an entry to be in the parade. Please Open the ONLINE form, fill it in and SUBMIT it. OR please print the form, fill it in and mail it to the address on the form. Filling out this form does NOT mean that your entry will automatically be included in the Christmas Parade. All requests will be reviewed by the Parade Committee. Either way, you will be notified by the Parade Committee accepting or declining your request to participate in the parade.

You will also find here the Sponsor/Donor form to submit a donation of cash, services, supplies, entry sponsorship etc. We are a 100% NON profit, volunteer organization and we want all sponsors and donors to know that we could not have a parade without your generosity. We do not impose an entry fee to participate in our parade and we would like to continue with this tradition. It is your generosity that allows us to put on what is well becoming the largest daytime Christmas parade on the Eastern Shore, if not in the entire state.

We invite you to join the many other businesses and community organizations in the area and become a sponsor of this event. We need your help. With the costs of permits, insurance, transportation, postage, and so much more that is required in order to hold a parade like this, the parade committee needs your help. This year we are starting something new. We are providing ad space on our web page and in the handouts. The AD size is based on the value of the contribution. ADs will appear on our sponsor recognition pages. The top tier sponsors will also appear on our home page.   [ Details? ]


All sponsors will now be rewarded with FREE Ad space. Your timely ad will appear not just in the printed handouts, but will also appear right here on our web page for everyone to see.

We will have 4 major tier levels of sponsors as outlined below. Each Tier level will earn a different amount of ad space. It is an exciting new way to give back to our sponsors.

The Samples that follow demonstrate the sizes of the ad space for each level. The top four levels will even have links back to their own WEB Pages or E-Mail for those with links. Please see AD details below for requirements.

The levels are as follows:

Donation amount is the amount of cash plus the retail value of tangible donations
 

Ad Submission Details

For those sponsors who earn ad space we will need a few items from you in order to insert your ad.

  • The URL of your web page or your email address if no web page. If you have neither we will link to your yellow pages ad.
  • Your logo in .Gif or .Jpg format or a link to your logo.
  • OR.. provide your Business Card and I will scan it and insert that for your ad.
  • If you are a commercial sponsor and already have a 'WEB' ready ad please email or provide a disc with a copy
  • There will be space on the application to indicate your preferences.
