 From the Office of the Mayor and Council of Hurlock we have received a personal letter from Don Bradley, the Mayor of Hurlock. Mayor Bradley has been very supportive of our efforts to produce the Hurlock Christmas Parade and we thank him for this support. Our 'Christmas in July' fundraiser dance is now history.
It looks like it was quite successful. Check back here for details and pictures to be posted soon.
The 2009 Parade planning has already begun. We had our first meeting January 12th. We are already planning the next parade and laying the groundwork for a year's worth of preparation, fundraisers and events.
We have posted the list of catagories to be judged this year. The judging will include many catagories other than just the bands and fire companies. We will be making some adjustments to the judged catagories so the posted list will be amended in the near future. Go to [Awards] page for more details.
